This in-person event will give you an overview of the utilization of -omics in your research and practice.

This workshop includes information such as:

• Exploratory Metabolomics for hypothesis generation.
• Biomarker discovery
• Drug metabolism, bioavailability, and pharmacokinetics
• Probe specific pathways of metabolism, including using stable isotope metabolite tracing
• Determine the global impact of drugs on the cell metabolome
• Identification of cancer-induced changes to metabolic pathways
• Assessing the exposome
• Spatial Metabolomics
• Combining Metabolomics with RNAseq and other ‘-omics’ data for multi-omics analysis

Specifically designed for Massey researchers without a metabolomics background interested in learning how to introduce and navigate metabolomics in their work.
