Insurance participation

We accept most insurance plans as well as self-pay patients. Please be sure to bring your current insurance card and photo identification with you to each visit. If required by your insurance plan, both copayments and referrals will be collected at check-in prior to your appointment.

Self-pay patients are required to pay at the time of service. If you have no health insurance and have limited financial resources, please contact our Financial Counseling Center at (804) 828-0966 to determine eligibility before scheduling a clinic appointment. Once the financial counselors receive all of the required information, it may take six to eight weeks for completion of the process and a decision. Please see our Financial Assistance information.
