Recognizing Your Gift
While it’s impossible to adequately say “thank you” for a life saved or a life touched by your generosity, we are pleased to recognize donors in a variety of ways.
Unless otherwise directed, all donor names are recognized in our annual report to the community, newsletters and in other publications.
The CMH Cornerstone Society
The CMH Cornerstone Society honors our most generous donors, a select group of charitable and involved community leaders who are united by a profound commitment to CMH and its tradition of excellence. A donor becomes a member of the Cornerstone Society with a gift of $10,000 and above to VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital. Continuous giving moves one up to Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond Cornerstone levels of recognition.
Cornerstone members receive an individual recognition item, commissioned by the CMH Foundation to represent the Society.
Wall of Honor
The names of our Cornerstone Society members are permanently displayed in a special recognition area in the hallway of the hospital and on a special wall of honor in the Cancer & Rehab Center.
The CMH Legacy Circle
The Legacy Circle honors those who have chosen to remember VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital in their estate or financial plan and have acknowledged their intentions to us. We honor these generous donors with a symbol of our Legacy Circle and express appreciation to them for allowing us to be a beneficiary of their legacy.
CMH TREE
The CMH T.R.E.E. program is our team member giving program. T.R.E.E. stands for Together Renders Employee Excellence, which is the motto of the program. Team members give through payroll deductions and special fund raisers to support their hospital and strengthen health services for patients and their families.
